We require a $700.00 refundable core deposit. To be entitled to full core credit, the customer must return the core within 60 days. Cores with broken impellers are acceptable. Cores must be returned in undamaged shipping conditions. If damage occurs during shipping due to poor packaging or other reasons, we reserve the right to prorate or forfeit the core refund at our discretion.

You can use free return shipping with a FREE FedEx return label to return the core to us. It is available for most of the US locations (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
